Engineered for large, heavy, or unstable loads where the pallet remains stationary during wrapping, this system integrates corner board placement directly into a rotary arm stretch wrapper. The applicator places protective boards at all four corners as the rotating arm moves around the pallet — ensuring load edges are fully protected before and during wrapping. Corner Board Applicator Integrated with Rotary Arm Wrapping Machine
An integrated side-seal vertical strapping system with a built-in corner board applicator, designed to prevent carton edge damage caused by strap tension during PP/PET strapping. The system automatically applies horizontal corner boards to all four pallet corners prior to strapping, distributing strap pressure evenly and preventing deformation.
